Privacy & Data Protection

How we collect, use and protect personal data — and the control you have over it. This policy was last updated in September 2026.

1. Who we are

Omni Engineers ("we", "us") builds and operates autonomous omnichannel sales engines — email, voice and SMS — for enterprise clients in the United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK GDPR, we act as the controller for personal data we collect through this website and in our own business development, and as a processor for personal data our clients' engines collect and act on under their instructions.

2. The data we collect

Website use: when you browse omniengineers.co.uk we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.

Enquiries and demo bookings: when you contact us or book a demo call, we collect your name, work email address, company name and the content of your enquiry.

Client engine activity: where we operate an engine on a client's behalf, we process business contact data (name, role, company, work email, phone number) strictly under that client's instructions.

3. How and why we use your data

We process personal data lawfully and transparently. Our lawful bases are:

Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries, operate and improve our website, and carry out business-to-business outreach. Where we contact individuals by email, voice or SMS, we do so under legitimate interest and honour opt-outs on every channel immediately.

Contract — where processing is necessary to deliver services you or your organisation have engaged us for.

Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with UK law.

We never sell or share contact data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Marketing and outreach

Any outreach we or our clients' engines carry out is directed at business contacts in a professional capacity. Every message identifies the sender, and every channel — email, voice and SMS — offers an immediate way to opt out.

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop immediately and record the opt-out so it is honoured across all channels and all campaigns, including those run on behalf of our clients.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, communications and scheduling tools), bound by contract to process data only on our instructions and to protect it appropriately.

Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required or permitted to do so.

Where we use providers outside the UK, we take steps to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum where applicable.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to follow up and to meet legal or accounting obligations, and opt-out records indefinitely so we never contact you again.

7. How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access for our team, and contractual protections with every supplier that processes data on our behalf.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

To exercise any right, email darah@omniengineers.co.uk. We respond to all requests within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

9. Contact

For any privacy question, request or complaint, contact us at darah@omniengineers.co.uk and we will respond promptly.
